OREANDA-NEWS. August 22, 2011. Shareholders of the Pearls Project appointed Aslan Shapabayev to the role of General Director of “Caspi Meruerty Operating Company B.V.”. Appointment was proposed by Shell Kazakhstan Development B.V. which is a shareholder in the Joint Operating Company. Partners supported the initiative to appoint the representative of JSC OOC “KazMunaiTeniz” to the senior position, taking into account that the proposed candidate was well known by the Partners. Before his new assignment, since April 2008 Aslan Shapabayev has been in the official capacity of CMOC Deputy General Director. A. Shapabayev will start his new role on 16th of August, 2011.

Shareholders expressed their gratitude to Marcus Antonini, former General Director of a company who played leading role in the development of the Company. Markus Antonini is leaving the Pearls project for his new assignment in Shell Group.
