OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2011.  OJSC “Atomenergomash” announced today that Konstantin Tulupov has been appointed Chief Strategy and Investment Officer of the “Atomenergomash” group of companies (AEM).

Prior to joining AEM Konstantin Tulupov held senior positions in the largest Russian banking structures and industrial companies. His previous roles involved overseeing issues related to strategy and business development, acquisition and consolidation of assets. From 2008 until joining AEM Konstantin Tulupov performed as director of the machine-building division within the Direct Investments Department of Gazprombank. In 2006-2008 he was director of the Investment Operations and Services Division of VTB Bank. In 2005-2006 he worked as Deputy Head of M&A of Basic Element group of companies.  

Konstantin Tulupov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, he has also received a degree from Finance Academy under the Russian Government and Executive MBA from London Business School and Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
