OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2011. OJSC Sitronics is the surety for performance of the obligations of CJSC Sitronics KASU under a Credit Facility Agreement with the Bank of Moscow with a credit limit of RUR 3 bln. The loan under the Credit Facility Agreement, extended until 31 December 2011, will be used for financing a state contract with the Government of Moscow for implementation of the first stage of the Moscow Intellectual Transport System.

"The 3 billion rouble loan extended within the scope of the Credit Facility Agreement continues the co-operation between the Bank of Moscow and one of the biggest telecommunications companies", commented Vladimir Fyodorov, Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow.
