OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2011. Traditional seminar for Kazakhtelecom JSC OTD employees of North region on state language takes place in Pavlodar, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.

Exchange of opinions on actual issues of personnel speech culture, spread of state language application, proficiency in terms, development of inter corporative portal Tiltanym, formation of free Kazakh language skills is planed within the seminar.

Such measures are held within the realization of the Program on implementation and development of state language in Kazakhtelecom JSC for 2011–2013 years, adopted for performing requirements of the Law of Republic of Kazakhstan "On languages". The main issues of the company related to state language implementation are achievement of 100% level of state language applying in business correspondence, increase of level of language potential development of company's employees, attaching positive changes in applying state language on practice etc.

As Nagiya Smagulova, Director for organization-control Department of Kazakhtelecom JSC notes that today share of documents circulation on Kazakh composes 100% in the company. "For holding leaders positions on competitive telecommunication market, Kazakhtelecom JSC spreads the sphere of innovation services. Hereby providing company's services on Kazakh is one of priorities", - underlined Nagiya Smagulova.

Seminar will be completed with experienced test of participants for tasks testing, prepared pursuant to KazTEST system. Test results will be considered when books and methodic manuals development on Kazakhtelecom JSC employees Kazakh language teaching is planed.

In the whole, Kazakhtelecom JSC is targeted to state language implementation:

Coordination Council of leading telecom operators, the main purpose of which is consolidation of efforts on Kazakh language implementation to telecom companies' business correspondence was established in 2007 on company's initiative;

Methodic center for development of curriculums and materials was established at Commission on implementation of state language to business correspondence;

Remote e-learning launched in Kazakhtelecom JSC in 2009;

Kazakhtelecom JSC specialists worked out Russian-Kazakh vocabulary of terms most often used in telecommunication sphere.
