OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2011. The Replacement SIM Card will serve you as insurance in case of lost, theft or failure of the main SIM card. You only have to contact the MTS Call Center and activate the replacement SIM card following which you will be able to continue using the mobile communication services while keeping your mobile number, reported the press-centre of MTS.
 
This service is available for the MTS Contract subscribers!
 
To order the Replacement SIM Card you have to:
Contact the Call Center at the number 111 (free of charge from MTS mobile phones across the territory of Ukraine) or at 044 240 00 00, place the order for the Replacement SIM Card and choose the delivery method most convenient for you:

By courier (within Kyiv)
By mail.
The Replacement SIM card will be sent to the registration address or to the address specified for the MTS bills delivery.

NB! When ordering the Replacement SIM Card the subscriber - physical person should provide the passport details while the subscriber - legal entity should send a written request (executed on a company’s letterhead and certified with a director’s signature and a stamp) to the fax number 044 240 24 00

Please note that a subscriber - physical person should also have his/her passport while a subscriber - legal entity should also have a power of attorney executed in the name of a company’s representative.
