OREANDA-NEWS. September 1, 2011. Effective 1 September 2011, Universal Bank launches new products for individual customers who seek to have access to a wide range of banking services and benefits at high-level European services. These are “Prestige” and “Elite” service packages.

“Prestige” and “Elite” packages offer a wide range of opportunities within Visa Classic and Visa Gold cards, respectively. Users of any of these packages will be able to quickly and easily manage their current accounts and earn additional income by putting extra money on a saving account. Telephone-, SMS- and Internet-banking services will give round-the-clock access to accounts, as well as allow making transactions in any place in the world.

In addition, users of any package will be able to issue an additional Visa Classic or Visa Gold card for themselves or their family members, which will give more opportunities to easily access their funds. Furthermore, higher ATM cash withdrawal limits apply for users of the “Prestige” and “Elite” packages.

As part of the “Elite” package, in addition to traditional banking services and benefits, clients will be able to benefit from advantageous loan terms, free of charge insurance coverage for overseas travel, as well as take advantage of the benefits offered by the “Club of Universal Bank’s Loyal Customers” program which provides a higher interest rate on term deposit accounts regardless of the amount. An individual VIP telephone line for the “Elite” package users will provide 24/7 access to information and support in case of emergency.
