Today the largest in country chain of private medical clinics MEDSI combines 20 medical and preventive treatment facilities in Moscow and Moscow oblast, 11 clinics in cities of Russia as well as 4 fitness and wellness centers. Clinics of the company render complete range of services starting from initial attendance up to high-tech diagnostics, complex surgeries, hospitalization and rehabilitation. Total client base of leader of national commercial medicine makes up approximately half a million people.

Procedure for selection of solution and contractor was conducted under bidding which included participation of more than 10 integrators with 5 leading CRM solutions. Upon results of the bidding the right for implementation was awarded to SITRONICS IT with solution SAP CRM 7.0.
