OREANDA-NEWS. September 15, 2011. On August 17, 2001 at the MAKS-2011 air show held in the city of Zhukovsky, partnership agreements were signed between Novikombank, the Dinamika Centre of Scientific and Technical Services, and the Russian Bank to Support Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.

According to the agreement with the Dinamika Centre of Scientific and Technical Services and SME Bank, Novikombank will provide its clients with financing for its project, which entails the creation of high-tech flight simulator production facilities in accordance with international standards. The aim of the new project is to create new and modern educational tools for the aircraft industry staff, which will fulfil the needs of the civilian and government aircraft industry of the Russian Federation, as well as to support the export of Russian aircraft to international markets. The project also involves the creation of simulation complexes unlike any others in the world, which will include the simulation of complicated three-dimensional positions of the aircraft and special flight regimes.

The total sum needed to fund this innovative project is 200 million roubles. In accordance with the Financing for Innovation and Modernization Programme, SME will grant Novikombank a 7-year loan to cover a part of this amount – 150 million roubles.

The documents for the joint project were signed by the CEO of the Dinamika Centre of Scientific and Technical Services, Alexander Litvinenko, a Member of the Board and the First Deputy Chairman of SME Bank, Dmitry Golovanov, and the President of Novikombank, Ilya Gubin.

By partnering with SME Bank to finance the innovative project of the Dinamika Centre of Scientific and Technical Services in accordance with the government programme of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses, Novikombank is striving to promote the all-round development of the aircraft industry. It is worth pointing out that the engineering simulators, which are being developed by CSTS Dinamika and which are designed to support research and design work for building advanced aircraft technology, are in high demand by several renowned client companies of Novikombank, such as: TsAGI, Sukhoi, Sukhoi Civilian Aircrafts, Kamov, Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant, and others.
