OREANDA-NEWS. September 16, 2011. The dealer network of OJSC KAMAZ started working in a new way from August 2011. By order of the company’s director general Sergey Kogogin, "The Guide for Dealers of OJSC KAMAZ in the Russian Federation” was implemented.

The development and implementation of this Guide was the next step towards realization of the Development Strategy of the Dealer Network till 2013 which had been approved by the Management Board of OJSC KAMAZ at the end of 2010. The main purpose of the new document is standardization and enhancement of efficiency of the subjects of the dealer network of OJSC KAMAZ in the Russian Federation. The Guide is a detailed regulation of a dealer`s business providing for useful and effective tools that help improve the quality of rendered services, increase market competitiveness.

Compliance with the Guide will be checked by the audit which began its work as early as May 2011 and will end in September. The enterprises of the dealer and service network of OJSC KAMAZ located in all federal districts of the Russian Federation will be audited. According to the results of the audit, an individual plan will be formulated for each dealer to achieve compliance with all requirements. In the future, an individual schedule will be an integral part of the dealer agreement.

According to the above-mentioned strategy of the company, each dealership company must 80% comply with all the requirements of the new Guide by 2013.
