OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2011. Shareholdings in 32 joint-stock companies have been put up for the auction, the Economy Ministry’s Agency for Public Property has reported. These shareholdings weren’t sold before. The state’s share in 16 of them exceeds 51%.

The total cost of the shareholdings put up for sale at their initial sale price is 508.3 mln leis. At the previous three auctions, over 10 shareholdings worth 28 mln leis were sold.

Incomes from privatization in 2011 are planned in the amount of 280 mln leis. Last year, they totaled less than 100 mln leis, while it was planned to earn 430 mln leis.
