OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2011. “Moscow - Amman is one of the most exclusive destinations of Domodedovo airport, which is in constant demand from passengers,” said Igor Borisov, director of Moscow’s Domodedovo airport. “During the period of our cooperation, we have become reliable partners to each other, maintaining the tradition of providing high quality service to our customers.”

“We are very appreciative of the level of services, which we have received at Domodedovo from the first day of our work,” said the General Representative of Royal Jordanian Airlines in Russia. According to Mr. Ibrahim Al Mahadina, during the five years of cooperation, Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport has made great progress and is changing right before our eyes. The airport has a good prospect of becoming the world's largest international hub.

Domodedovo Airport and Royal Jordanian Airlines, noting their five-year collaboration, greeted passengers of the anniversary flight with a noteworthy event. A festive mood was created for passengers at the start of their journey, thanks to souvenirs, champagne, and an anniversary cake with national symbols, along with check-in counters decorated with balloons.

Royal Jordanian is a member of the “oneworld” global alliance, with its Moscow base at the Domodedovo Airport. It actively cooperates with the Russian member of this alliance, S7 Airlines. The airlines fly from Domodedovo on a code-share agreement to the destinations of St. Petersburg and Amman.

Royal Jordanian Airlines, which is privately owned at present, was founded in 1963 as the national carrier of Jordan. Its concept is connecting Jordan and the Middle East with the rest of the world. With a route network that serves four continents, Royal Jordanian is one of the largest airlines in the Middle East and North Africa region. The airline’s Head Office is located in the heart of the capital, Amman. Royal Jordanian flights depart from Queen Alia International Airport.
