OREANDA-NEWS. September 26, 2011. The purpose of the State program of economic and social development of Ukraine for 2012 and main directions of development for 2013 and 2014 is consistently improving of level and quality of life of citizens on the basis of economic growth which, in turn, will be based on the conditions created by the state for the positive structural changes, improving national competitiveness.

This was announced by the First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev, introducing the draft document to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

"Exactly according to the logic: from stabilization - to displacement of accents towards economy reorganization - the Government and formed the program," he has told.

Andriy Klyuyev called seven key priorities which are specified in the document in each direction of reforms. These are: provision of conditions for social and economic growth; production and infrastructure modernization, improving social standards, strengthening of a role of regions in provision of growth of economy and increase of their responsibility for the decision of social problems; strengthening of defensibility of the state; protection of the rights and freedom of citizens, legality and law and order strengthening; development of international cooperation.

The First Vice Prime Minister also has specified 7 primary goals of the Program. The first task, as he said, is improvement of conditions of living activity of citizens, increase of a level of employment, creation of new workplaces, decrease in inflation rates, reducing of level of poverty. The second - improvement of quality and availability of education and health services. Thirds - provision of food, energy and environmental safety. The fourth task, as Andriy Klyuyev has declared, - creation of favorable conditions for business dealing. The fifth task, he called renewal of long-term crediting of the enterprises and households. The sixth - investment attraction and accelerated reproduction of productive capital. And the seventh task of the presented document the First Deputy of the Head of the Government has named the easing of disproportions in development of regions, first of all, through development of their economic potential and investment attractiveness.
