OREANDA-NEWS. September 26, 2011. The Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergiy Tigipko visits Washington. The official heads the Ukrainian official delegation to attend the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the IMF and the World Bank and hold bilateral meetings. Scheduled meetings Sergiy Tigipko with officials U.S. government, the IMF, World Bank, IFC and EBRD. In addition, Tigipko will give interview to foreign and Ukrainian journalists.

On the eve of the visit of the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine has stressed that cooperation with international financial institutions remains one of the important directions of work of the Government.

"I am convinced that the consultative support from the IMF, World Bank and EBRD for Ukraine is not less useful and important than financial assistance, because we get the international experience of economic reform. The investors are willing go to the countries that cooperate with the IMF, finally, such cooperation - an additional warranty of irreversibility of Ukrainian course of reforms for the all world," was emphasized by Sergiy Tigipko.
