That's why we decided to strengthen our position in this new business and introduce a new post of SCM Director of Agricultural Business Development offering it to Sergey Zuzak."

As SCM’s Director of Agricultural Business Development Sergey Zuzak will represent SCM as a shareholder in the Supervisory Board of HarvEast LLC. He will be responsible for strategy, investment, finance and risks.

"For me the post of SCM Director of Agricultural Business Development is a big achievement and high responsibility at the same time, because agriculture is strategically important for SCM and the whole Ukraine. I hope I can live up to expectations and properly use all my knowledge and expertise to meet my objectives," Sergey Zuzak commented his appointment.

Sergey Zuzak was born in 1980, graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2001, majoring in the Economic Theory and Entrepreneurship.

Before joining SCM Sergey Zuzak was a specialist in Creditanstalt Investment Bank from 1999 to 2003. Between 2004 and 2010 Sergey served as an investment manager in Horizon Capital, an international private equity fund. From July 2010 to August 2011 Mr Zuzak worked for SCM as an investment manager in the Mining and Metals department.
