UTair Aviation management personnel have been included in the rating of the top 1000 Russian Managers prepared by the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant publishing house. According to the survey by an expert panel compiled in 2011 as many as five UTair Airline executives are on the list of the top rated managers:

Vitaly Pozdnyakov, UTair Deputy Director for strategic development of the airline is rated as one of the leading IT-directors in the transportation industry.
