OREANDA-NEWS. October 05, 2011. To support the agricultural sector in 2012, the Government will send 39.9 billion UAH, that by 3.9 billion UAH or 10.8 % is more than plan of 2011, and by 11.9 billion UAH or 42.5 % is more than fact of 2010.

The agroindustrial resource of Ukraine has huge potential, and the authorities consider inadmissible growth of import and the prices for foodstuff. For the purpose of possibility granting to Agrarian fund actively to influence a price situation and strengthening of food security of the state, in the State draft budget 2012, it is provided credits amounting to 7 200.0 million UAH against 379.3 million UAH in 2008.

For forming of the civilized agrarian market, it is provided the significant growth of the state support for building of the wholesale markets of agricultural products in the next year's State draft budget. For these purposes, it is planned to allocate 200.0 million UAH that by 190.0 million UAH more than in 2011.

The most effective form of the state support of agriculture is considers interest rate reduction in price on involved with credit resources in agrarian and industrial complex. Therefore, it is allocated 820 million UAH for this purpose in the draft State Budget 2012.

The expenditure budget to support the horticulture, viticulture and hop are planned in the sum of 1 075.0 million UAH, which is 60 percent more than in 2011, and the budget direct costs are planned for support of intensive forms of production in plant growing in the amount of 120.0 million UAH.

The establishment of a modern high-tech production in cattle, the state also considers by one of the priorities for development of agriculture. Therefore, direct expenses in the amount of 1257.0 million UAH in the draft budget for 2012 are provided to support the livestock industry.

It is provided to send 566.9 million UAH for the formation of a land market, the approval of agricultural land as the basis for mortgage loans.

So, in 2012, the trend of the concentration of state policy in supporting and developing Agro Industrial Complex of Ukraine is kept.
