OREANDA-NEWS. October 6, 2011. The project of reconstruction of flour bulk storage of bakery shop of the bakery plant in Smolensk consists of 3 stages: the 1st stage was successfully completed in 2010, the 2nd one is being carried out in 2011 and the 3rd stage is planned for 2012.

The project implementation will allow to diminish flour losses, to create the system of exact batching of raw materials, to automate processes of detrainment and transportation, to bring the flour bulk storage in balance with rules in force of Rostechnadzor (Russian Technical Supervisory Authority) of the Russian Federation.

According to the results of 2010, investments to the 1st stage of the project on reconstruction of flour bulk storage have amounted about 4.5 million rubles. Last year the equipment in superior and first rate flour lines was replaced by the set of automatic flour bulk storage КО-9650-10284-1.

In 2011 the equipment in lines of second rate flour and rye and medium rye flour will be replaced by the set of automatic flour bulk storage КО-10440.11148. In the framework of the second stage of storage re-equipment in 2011 it is planned to spend more than 5 million rubles.

Moreover, the site of small-piece products of bakery shop of the enterprise will be equipped with the new forming machine. Old machines have been used since 1997, they are worn out, both physically and morally, and don’t meet the requirements of dough rolling and curling. The new equipment will allow to improve quality and appearance of products, to cut down expenses related to equipment repairing. The cost of acquiring and setting up of the imported croissant machine will amount a bit less than half a million rubles.
