OREANDA-NEWS. October 6, 2011. TMM Company and CJSC Oschadbank have signed an agreement increasing the company's credit limit by UAH 500 million. The funds will be directed to completion of the second, third and fourth stages of Sonyachna brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv). The line of credit maturity date is 28 September 2016.

Mykola Tolmachov, TMM's CEO: "We highly value the trust of a state bank. The credit line with Oshadbank allows the company to diversify the sources of the project funding and to continue construction of 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages of the complex at the highest pace. Currently around 40% of the apartments in the first stage are available for sale as completed property. We are planning to start pre-sales in the second stage in autumn 2011. Under the investment agreement with Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, commissioning of the whole complex is scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2014".

Sonyachna brama, a complex with the total area of 234,000 sq m, represents a project of a residential micro district with internal infrastructure and comprises 14 residential buildings for 1187 apartments and 2 office buildings.
