OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2011. The Bank of Moscow is considering the possibility of lending and granting bank guarantees for fulfilment of Investstroy-15 CJSC contracts by order of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

In particular, conclusion has been approved of an agreement on credit to a sum of RUR 1.2 bln for the period up to 30 September 2013 inclusive for the purpose of construction of the Yunga sanatorium and preventive medicine centre located at: Krasnodar Territory, Anapa, Pr. Pionerskiy, 53. Customer - Chief Administration for Troop Facilities OJSC. The credit agreement is to be concluded shortly.

During the period of co-operation with ZAO Investstroy-15, 13 bank guarantees have been provided to an aggregate sum of RUR 3 071.1 mln (guarantees of return of prepayment and or fulfilment of contracts concluded with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation/ Chief Administration for Troop Facilities OJSC), 7 of these, to a total sum of RUR 2 818.5 mln being in current effect.

"We have been co-operating successfully with the company Investstroy-15 for over 10 years now", commented Igor Dubonosov, General Director of the Bank of Moscow Corporate Business Department. "Also under consideration is the question of issuing new bank guarantees and concluding credit agreement with Investstroy-15 CJSC".
