Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), a leading IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, announced, today, that it has been ranked third in the FinTech 100, an annual international listing of the top vertical technology vendors that derive more than one-third of their revenue from the financial services industry as named by American Banker, Bank Technology News and IDC Financial Insights.

For the fourth consecutive year, TCS has been ranked among the top 10 in the FinTech100. Nearly 45 per cent of TCS’s revenue came from banking, financial services and insurance during FY2010-11. TCS has moved up one more spot from last year. The FinTech 100 ranking is categorised and evaluated based on calendar year revenues and the percentage of revenue attributed to financial services.
