OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2011. Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan, held a meeting in Nizhnekamsk on the implementation of the TATNEFT Company strategic project: TANEKO Refineries and Petrochemical Plants Complex, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The working visit started with a detour of the NPiNHZ Complex industrial site. The Head of the Republic familiarized with progress of operations at the key production facilities together with Shafagat Takhautdinov, General Director of TATNEFT, Boris Petrov, Head of the Volga Federal Service for Technological, Environmental and Nuclear Supervision, Vassily Kudryashov, Inspectorate Head of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aidar Metshin, Head of the Nizhnekamsk Municipal District, and other officials.

At the meeting with the executive staff of the construction site Khamza Bagmanov, General Director of TANEKO, reported on the readiness of the optimized starting complex 1A1 facilities for final inspection by Rostekhnadzor Commission. The first phase of the equipment comprehensive testing at 60% of the project performance was successfully completed on September 30. 361.5 thousand tons of crude oil were processed at CDU-AVT-7 yielding 47.8 thousand tons of stable naphtha, 114.2 thousand tons of fuel for domestic needs, 193.1 thousand tons of black oil fuel. At present, the second phase is in the process at one hundred percent design capacity. In accordance with the organizational and technical measures agreed with Rostekhnadzor the paperwork to obtain a license for operation is carried out.

A report on the implementation of the target completion of the construction and installation works, delivery of executive technical documentation and completion of actions to address the findings of the supervision bodies at the facilities of the first Starting complex was made by Valery Samiov,l General Director of "Kamaglavstroy" Management Company.

After discussing the current situation, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, set tasks, primarily related to the completion of the planned works at the visbreaker and sulfur production installations.
