Veles Capital is ranked amongst TOP-5 of Russian investment companies  by total turnover of securities in I H 2011 (3 trillion RUR (USD 105 billion)) according to RBC.Rating agency report concerning 54 companies with total turnover of securities of about 36 trillion RUR (USD 1,3 trillion). RBC.Rating experts note that TOP-5 of companies provide about 70% of the total turnover of securities.

Veles Capital is ranked number 4 by bonds turnover (894 billion RUR (USD 31 billion)),  number 5 by stock turnover (1,4 trillion RUR (USD 49 billion) and keeps  leadership in promissory-notes market with 732 billion RUR (USD 26 billion) of turnover that exceeds twice the turnover of the company taking second position in ranking.

Veles Capital is ranked amongst TOP-10 of companies by investment funds units turnover (1,9 billion RUR (USD 67 million), amongst TOP-3 by  OTC-market turnover (603 billion RUR (USD 21 billion)) and amongst TOP-5  by brokerage turnover (2,4 trillion RUR (USD 84 billion)).

Veles Capital also takes third place by turnover of securities in asset management and enters in TOP-25 of leading companies by number of clients.

The activity of the Russian largest investment companies in the first half of 2011 has increased significantly compared with the same period of 2010, said RBC rating experts. The total turnover of all named fund instruments was 36,29 trillion RUR (USD 1,27 trillion), that 46% more than the turnover of the same investment companies in the first half-year of the last year (24,78 trillion RUR (USD 0,87 trillion)).
