OREANDA-NEWS. October 18, 2011. The draft of the State Program of development of domestic production has been approved at meeting of the Government of Ukraine on September, 12th, 2011. This Program is directed to creation of conditions for increase of economic stability of the state at the expense of development of domestic production.

This topic is particularly relevant today when the draft State Budget of Ukraine for 2012 is actively considered, after all one of the basic conditions of implementation of the Program is its financial security, a guarantee which should be a state.

With a view of support of the indicated Program in the draft Law of Ukraine "On State Budget for 2012", budgetary support of the basic industries of economy is envisioned:

- Agriculture (agricultural industry, a forestry management and the hunting economy, a fish economy) - 17 901.7 million UAH;

 - Energy sector (coal industry and other sectors of production of solid fuel, electric power industry) - 11 578.4 million UAH;

- Extraction of ore and non-metallic minerals – 162.0 million UAH;

- Processing industry – 11.6 million UAH;

- Reproduction of the mineral resource base – 550.0 million UAH;

- Fundamental and application studies and development in economy industries - 1 776.5 million UAH;

- Environmental Protection (protection and rational use of natural resources, waste management, liquidation other environmental pollution) – 3 625.8 million UAH;

- Housing and communal services - 1 010.6 million UAH;

- Education - 29 195.2 million UAH.

It should be noted that a necessary condition for forming of a financial resource for implementation of the events envisioned by the Program, is creation of the stable taxation system that would ensure effective functioning of national economy. For this purpose will be promoted by the Tax Code of Ukraine, which rules are aimed to accelerated development of economy on the investment and innovation basis, by reducing the tax burden to stimulate the introduction of new, energy-saving technologies and support for separate industries of economy.
