OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. In her new position, Ms. Filatova will be in charge for the development and implementation of the HR strategy. Irina will be in charge for personnel selection and recruitment, as well as managing employee performance, remuneration, and motivation. Her duties also include HR administration and training, development of corporate culture and managing the personnel cost budget, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Ms. Veronica Varshavskaya, Deputy CEO and head of ROSNO’s Corporate Governance Centre, commented this appointment as follows: "Irina Filatova has a 15-year HR work record in large multinational corporations, including over 10 years as Personnel Director. In 1995, Irina Filatova graduated from the V.I. Lenin State Pedagogical University, majoring in linguistics and psychology. She started her career in Procter & Gamble — Eastern Europe Ltd. as assistant to IT director and was ultimately promoted to personnel selection manager. Ms. Filatova successfully combined her work in this company with participation in training programs at the Procter & Gamble Personnel Management University.

In 2001, she moved to OJSC Combellga to the position of compensations and benefits manager, but less than in 3 months she became head of the personnel management division, which she built virtually "from scratch". After Combellga merged with Golden Telecom Inc., Irina accepted an offer to head the combined personnel management department. Also, she was HR Director in CB Renaissance Capital Ltd. and VP for Personnel Management in OJSC National Bank Trust. Ms. Filatova is a many times laureate of the rating of the Russian Managers Association "Top 100 HR Directors".
