OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. AIKB Tatfondbank considered its performance for 9 months of 2011 in the field of retail lending. From the beginning of the year, the Bank’s retail loan portfolio grew by 65.1% and exceeded RUB 5.7 billion, reported the press-centre of Tatfondbank.

The volume of loans issued to retail customers in January-September of this year grew more than 3-fold compared to the similar period of the past year (up to RUB 3.56 billion).

The volume of the issued consumer loans grew 3.7-fold (up to RUB 2.55 billion), with amounts of mortgage and car loans also having grown significantly.

‘The increase in lending volumes and the growth of the loan portfolio are among the Bank’s priority objectives. The growth of lending in 2011 is a result of introduction of new competitive lending programmes, the use of new sales channels, and improvement of the quality of service. According to the Bank’s development strategy, we plan to increase the retail loan portfolio up to RUB 40 billion by the end of 2013’, said Sergey Meshchanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management of AIKB Tatfondbank.
