OREANDA-NEWS. October 25, 2011. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Rostelecom OJSC to pay interest on the seventh coupon of the company’s Series 04 bonds.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 7.5% per annum, or 37 rubles 40 kopecks per bond. The total amount of the coupon interest paid after tax withheld by the issuer ran up to 62,945,586 rubles 20 kopecks.

Rostelecom OJSC offered its Series 04 bond issue on February 15, 2011, by converting Series 08 bonds issued originally by Uralsviazinform OJSC taken over subsequently by Rostelecom OJSC.

Uralsviazinform OJSC floated its five-year Series 08 bonds on April 9, 2008 to raise 2billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank was managing underwriter of the issue.
