On the afternoon of the same day, accompanied by the Deputy General Manager of Baosteel Group Corporation, the president and secretary of the Party committee of Bayi Steel Zhaoxia, He Wenbo first came to the Jiaohua Mountain to make a survey of the overall environment of Bayi Steel, and put forward opinions and suggestions about the environmental management of the plant area of Bayi Steel and the old area planning. On the production site of C furnace which was just put into production by Bayi Steel, Hewenbo visited the workers of all peoples who were working hard in the positions and asked them about the operation conditions of the furnace. On the 150-ton converter furnace construction site of Bayi Steel, He Wenbo asked about the detailed progress conditions of the engineering construction work. And He Wenbo also paid a visit to the re-exhibited museum of Bayi Steel with interest.

Then, He Wenbo group listened to the work report made by the general manager of Bayi Steel Company Chen Zhongkuan. From January to September, the production and management has been keeping a good situation, the main products such as iron, steel and material have been respectively completed 4.39 million tons, 5 million tons and 4.77million tons. The revenues and profits have been completed in good condition. The energy consumption per ton, the energy consumption of million yuan output value, and the discharge of industrial pollutants have decreased substantially compared to the same period.

He Wenbo pointed out that the progress of Bayi Steel is obvious and Bayi Steel was entering a fast vehicle lane of healthy and sustainable development through sixty years of ups and downs. At present, Xinjiang is in a new stage of great construction and development, which provides a golden opportunity for Bayi Steel to realize span type development.
