OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2011. Total revenue of the Summary Budget of Ukraine has made 286,794.6 million UAH within January-September 2011, which 33.2 percent exceeds the 2010 similar period figures (without regard to the 2010 refund of previous years’ arrears in the way of VAT refund by issuing domestic bonds under the state budget special fund in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH, revenue has grown by 23.7 percent, or 55,035.4 million UAH compared to the last year).

Within January-September 2011, the State Budget of Ukraine has gained 226,671.3 million UAH, which exceeds the 2010 similar figures by 63,992.9 million UAH, or 39.3 percent (without regard to the 2010 refund of previous years’ arrears in the way of VAT refund by issuing domestic bonds under the state budget special fund in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH, revenue has grown by 26.5 percent, or 47,550.2 million UAH compared to the last year).

Tax revenue for the State Budget of Ukraine has made 189,633.9 million UAH within the reported period, which 77,669.2 million UAH, or 69.4 percent exceeds the January-September 2010 revenue (without regard to the 2010 refund of previous years’ arrears in the way of VAT refund by issuing domestic bonds under the state budget special fund in the amount of 16.4 billion UAH, revenue has grown by 47.7 percent, or 61,226.5 million UAH compared to the last year).

Non-tax revenue for the State Budget has made 34,405.2 million UAH, which is 10,137.1 million UAH, or 22.8 percent less than similar January–September 2010 figure. This may be due to the 2011 change of budget classification, re-categorizing some tax revenues accounted for as non-tax revenues into tax ones (rent, fuel levy, etc.)

The State Budget’s General Fund has been replenished with 189,630.2 million UAH in January-September 2011, which 3.4 percent or 6251.1 million UAH exceeds similar period’s schedule. Compared to last year’s similar period, actual general fund revenue of the state budget has grown by 45,811.0 million UAH, or by 31.9 percent.
