OREANDA-NEWS. November 2, 2011. Bank of Baroda (BOB) has posted a net profit of Rs 11.66 billion for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011 as compared to Rs 10.19 billion for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2010, registering an increase of 14.43%.

Total income has increased from Rs 58.4 billion for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 to Rs 79.86 billion for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, representing an increase of 36.75%.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 17.3, or 2.34%, to trade at Rs 756.20. The total volume of shares traded was 50,870 at the BSE (12.01 p.m., Monday).
