OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2011. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company will be a partner of forthcoming Fed Cup final match of World Team Championship in tennis between national women teams of Russia and the Czech Republic at the Olympic Stadium, on 5 and 6 November 2011.

It is a reminder that the cooperation of Russian Tennis Federation and Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has an enduring history. The partnership with Kremlin Cup has become a good tradition: Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has been supporting the tournament for last ten years. This year, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company acted as the General Partner of the XXII International tennis tournament Kremlin Cup–2011, which was held in Moscow from 15 to 23 October. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company traditionally acts not only as a partner, but also as the insurer of the Kremlin Cup. This year, as well as before, the Company insured the liability of the tournament organizers for damages to life, health or property of third parties, including visitors, participants, spectators, guests, employees, tenants, in the result of the event. The limit of liability, just as previous years, amounted to 5 million U.S. dollars in the ruble equivalents.

In addition, in 2011, the insurer was also a partner of Fed Cup quarterfinals between Russia and France, Fed Cup semifinals Russia – Italy, and for the second consecutive time supported the Tournament “Tennis Legends in Moscow”. In 2010, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has become a partner of 1/8 Davis Cup match between Russia and India and the Davis Cup quarterfinals between Russia and Argentina. In 2009 the Company became a partner of quarterfinals of Fed Cup between Russia and China, in 2008 – quarterfinals of the Davis Cup between Russia and the Czech Republic and 1/8 finals, of Davis Cup between Russia and Serbia. In 2007, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company supported the semifinal match of the Davis Cup between Russia and Germany, and in 2006 – the Davis Cup final game between Russia and Argentina. The insurance of the famous "Silver salad bowl" during its stay in Russia in 2006–2007 was a high spot in tennis history of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company. Besides, in 2008, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company supported the festivities dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Tennis Federation of Russia. Inter alia, the insurer released a photo album “Milestones of victories”, which included the unique historical photographs from the archives of the Federation. Within the framework of celebration there were competitions with the participation of veterans, juniors and wheelchairs tennis players. In general, about a hundred of the Russian Tennis Tour tournaments have been held under the auspices of the Company, two dozen of which were international ones.

It should be noted that Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has always actively supported the Russian sport. Sports history of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company counts more than one decade. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has insured the Youth Olympic Games, numerous international and national competitions and most important sports event – the Olympic Games held in Moscow in 1980. In September 2010, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company and the Organizing Committee “Sochi 2014” signed the agreement under which the Insurance Company has received official status of Partner of the XXII Winter Olympic and XI Winter Paralympics Games of the year 2014 in Sochi.
