OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2011. The second session of the Intergovernmental Russian-Guinean commission on economic, scientific, technical and commercial cooperation took place in Moscow. The Co-Chairman of the Russian delegation of the IGC was the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia, Y.P. Trutnev, and the Guinean delegation was headed by the Minister of International Cooperation of the Republic of Guinea, K.M. Sano.

The Vice-President and Head of External Relations of Novikombank, Boris Kirillov, was part of the Russian delegation at the IGC meeting.

The focus of the meeting was to discuss the prospects for the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in industry and commerce, and in particular the involvement of Russian companies interested in power facility construction projects in Guinea.

Novikombank participated in the Russian-Guinean IGC to facilitate the implementation of its international business programme, and to create favourable conditions for the bank to financially support its strategic partners.
