OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2011. During the meeting the development of Novikombank’s regional network in 2011 was reviewed and the priorities for 2012 were set out. In the second quarter of this year, the Bank opened four branches in the cities of Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Tolyatti and St. Petersburg. In November, plans are in place to open additional offices in Zhukovsky and Samara.

In the first year of Novikombank’s regional development programme there was a positive trend: the client base expanded and the number of operations performed by the bank increased. Currently the bank’s branches serve more than 150 large defence companies, as well as engineering companies and companies from other industries. Some 60 credit agreements totalling more than RUR 890 million have been concluded, and 10 payroll projects have been implemented under which about 2,000 credit cards have been issued.

Next year Novikombank will continue to actively develop its regional network — new branches are scheduled to open in Yekaterinburg and Ufa, with new operational offices in Tula, Izhevsk, Chelyabinsk, and a representative office in Kazan. Summarizing the meeting, the Vice-President of Novikombank Mikhail Dokuchaev said: “The ongoing implementation of the regional development programme will enable our bank to move into new areas, diversify business and attract new customers.”
