OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2011. The tender for selling shareholding of the Kyivenergo PJSC should be completely transparent and held in compliance with all necessary procedures, this was stated by the First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev, answering a question of correspondent of the UNIAN news agency.

He has commented so on the decision of the State Property Fund of Ukraine to postpone the date of the tender for the sale of the state 25% of share holding of the Kyivenergo PJSC.

According to Andriy Klyuyev, the decision was prompted by the failure of one of the bidders in the auction of the competitive conditions in the part of provision about itself a complete data. He expressed hope that, all documents would be provided for the extra time.

"The Government is interested to sale took place transparently, on a competitive basis and the real price, as investors continue to put resources into the development and modernization of the networks, the company is effectively developed, paid taxes and provided quality services to consumers," the First Vice Prime Minister said.
