OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2011. The field meeting of Moscow International club of Customs attaches took place on Sheremetyevo Customs. It was the first meeting of the club held in aero customs. The aim was to present customs control and registration procedures of the Russian biggest airport to the representatives of foreign customs services and diplomatic officials.

The members of the meeting were the representatives of Belgium, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Cuba, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Republic of Korea, Turkey, Finland and Japan. The Chairman of the Club, the head of Customs Collaboration Department of Russian FCS Mr. S.Konovalenko and the Head of Sheremetyevo Customs Mr. A. Povod made speech for foreign guests.

After the presentation of Sheremetyevo Customs, the members of the Club visited the Museum of Customs and the new terminal “D”, where the work of dog service, customs control for fissile and radioactive materials as well as technical means of customs control and automatic luggage control system were presented.

During the meeting, the customs officers were asked a lot of questions. As the result, Sheremetyevo Customs had the highest appraisal of foreign colleagues.
