OREANDA-NEWS. November 25, 2011. After New Year’s holidays OJSC KAMAZ will start the next year in a usual production rhythm.

This was announced after the meeting of Director General Sergey Kogogin with top managers of KAMAZ where were preliminary results of the company’s activity in 2011 were summed up. According to the plans of KAMAZ FINANCE AND TRADING COMPANY, over 39,000 units of equipment will be sold till the end of the year on the Russian market. To add to this, about 6 thousand units will be exported.

The volume of vehicle purchase orders has already been formed for the first quarter of 2012. Under the signed contracts, around 9 thousand vehicles will be delivered to corporate clients of OJSC KAMAZ, including JSC GAZPROM, Rosneft, JSC IDGC Holding, JSC Transneft, as well as power ministries and departments of the Russian Federation. Basically, these are all-wheel drive KAMAZ vehicles which are very popular among law enforcement agencies of Russia and oil and gas producing companies due to their performance.
