OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2011. Three regional centers in the south of Ukraine - Odessa, Kherson and Mykolayiv – will be connected by highway. This was announced by the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Infrastructure Borys Kolesnikov during a working visit to Odessa region.

"The most important thing – to combine three regional centers: Odessa, Kherson and Mykolayiv. This is one way - from Reni to the border with the Russian Federation, further - in a direction of the Caspian Sea," Borys Kolesnikov said. "The most importantly: three regional centers should have the way of the first category. The active operation is now carrying on over this."

According to the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, by spring of 2012, terms and funding sources of building this road will be determined.
