OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2011. In early November a nationwide advertising campaign was launched in support of the next-generation of motor fuel, G-Drive. The premium-class fuel was first made available for sale in December 2010 at Gazprom Neft filling stations throughout the North-West region of Russia. It is anticipated that, by the end of 2011, G-Drive fuel will be available at all Gazprom Neft filling stations within key regions of the country.

The media campaign to promote G-Drive fuel will cover Omsk, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, Yekaterinburg and other major Russian cities. The campaign includes billboards, radio, newspaper and television advertising. G-Drive fuel is characterised by its enhancement of the acceleration dynamic of the car. G-Drive increases engine power by up to 12% and acceleration by up to 1.8 seconds. G-Drive also provides protection to the engine's fuel system and reduces both fuel consumption and the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

These characteristics form the basis of the promotional campaign for this next-generation fuel. The advertising campaign will feature famous athletes, notably the stars of the St Petersburg hockey team SKA, who symbolise Protection, Dynamics and Power.

187 3x6 billboards located in major regional centres will be in use for the campaign from the 1st to the 30th of November 2011. Advertisements will appear on radio stations such as Retro FM, Europe +, Autoradio and Russian Radio. Information on G-Drive will be made available to motorists through specialised automotive publications.
