Probusinessbank continues to work on the improvement of the remote customer service channels, offering high service standards anywhere in the world and allowing its users to manage their accounts and cards. This time the changes have been made in the "Mobile Banking" (SMS-banking) service. We added new interesting functions, which will be appreciated by active people who value their time, reported the press-centre of Probusinessbank.

The idea of the "Mobile Banking" is as follows. You can pay for the mobile communications, satellite TV, services of Internet-providers and replenish your electronic wallet by sending special SMS-inquiries from your cell phone without any commissions. Just send an SMS-message in the set format to number +7 (903) 767-22-23 and indicate the amount of payment: <name of the pattern>#<sum of the payment in figures> or <name of the pattern>*<amount of the payment in figures>. For instance: MAMA#100. Details of the patterns shall be defined when the service is set in one of our offices.

By default, you will be automatically given a “payment for my cell-phone” pattern. This pattern allows you to credit your cell-phone account immediately by SMS, specifying an amount of payment. For your convenience and to save your time, names of patterns and SMS inquiries can be assigned in Russian letters. 

A new option was added to check the balance in the respective card account. Send an SMS with the text "Info", or "Инфо" in Russian, or an SMS without any text to +7 (903) 767-22-23, and get the information about the balance of the card account and about the outstanding debt, if this is a credit card.

To increase the card transactions security, an SMS card lock function is added.  The SMS with the text: "Blok" or "Блок" in Russian should be sent to +7 (903) 767-22-23. The card will be blocked within several minutes. This function is needed if the card is lost or stolen, or in case of any suspicion of a fraud.

This service can be provided under such tariff plans as Life-Electron, Life-Classic, Life-Gold, Life-Platinum, Life-Infinite – free of charge. Cardholders only need to fill in an application in the bank’s office and make a list of standard patterns.
