OREANDA-NEWS. December 06, 2011. Uzmarkazimpeks state joint-stock foreign trade company will increase its charter capital up to 2.607 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

According to the prospectus of emission, the company will issue 211,954 ordinary shares with par value of 12,300 soums each. Total emission of the issue on par value makes up 2.607 bllion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares to new ones.

The company said that the part of shares at the size of 211.954 million soums are paid on par value and the other part for 2.395 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.

Uzmarkazimpeks state joint-stock foreign trade company was established in 1998. The company’s major activities are export of Uzbek cotton fibre, cotton fibre processing products and other export-oriented products produced by enterprises of the republic, soft grain and flour, etc.
