OREANDA-NEWS. December 6, 2011. Igor Chagaev is appointed Vice President of the Bank of Moscow. He will supervise the development of the Bank’s business in Moscow Region including the Bank’s participation in the program for the upgrade of the housing and public utility services payment system, in the state and municipal programs and in the target projects of the region.

Igor Chagaev graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University trained as mechanical engineer in 1984. In 1997 he got a diploma of the economist in the Financial Academy at the Government of the Russian Federation, and in 2004 he got legal education in the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law. In 2006 he got an MBA degree in the Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation.

Igor Chagaev has been working in the bank sphere over 17 years. He worked his way from the senior specialist up to the Chairman of the Board over this time; he held an office of the head of department, deputy director of the branch and branch manager in Elkombank Commercial Bank, and was a Chairmawn of the Board from 1998 to 2011, first in the Bogorodsky Municipal Bank CB and in Sberkredbank CB afterwards.
