OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2011. Finnish Ambassador Lars Backstrom and his delegation members conducted a visit to the real estate jobsite of “MCC Beiluyuan” in Chongqing, reported the press-centre of MCC.

This works is contracted by Chongqing Branch of MCC Real Estate Co., Ltd. (MCC RE), a subsidiary of CISDI Engineering Group (CISDI). Officials of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government accompanied the delegation during the visit.

General Manager Li Hang of MCC RE (Chongqing Branch) gave a detailed introduction to the Ambassador on MCC Beiluyuan. According to Li, the project staff visited the Northern Europe for quite a few times during the design and implementation process. They have learned a lot from the architectural concept, which is featured by modernization, simplicity and human-focus in terms of construction materials, facades, space structure, high-tech energy conservation and buildings of humanization.

Ambassador Lars Backstrom placed a high premium on the original Northern Europe architectural style of MCC Beiluyuan, especially on the project location surrounded by mountains and cliffs. He felt very excited for seeing such a view like those in his hometown, and then exchanged viewpoints on the matters of common interest such as construction materials, facilities of humanization and energy conservation through scientific technologies.

The other members of the visiting delegation consisted of Ms. Anna Koikkalainen, First Secretary of Trade and Economy; Ms. Eija Tynkkynen, Commercial Counselor; and Mr. Kari Hiltunen, Scientific Technology Counselor.
