OREANDA-NEWS. December 19, 2011. UVK has repeatedly declared that the company’s staff is the major asset of the business. The current stage of the corporate evolution obliges to pay a special attention to the corporate culture, social guarantees and in-house climate issues, apart from a daily and thorough work over business processes’ improvements.

Ordered by UVK, Hudson, a leading HR consulting company, carried out the staff satisfaction index survey, the main objective of which was to learn opinions of the personnel with regards to various aspects of the company’s activities as well as so-called ‘general satisfaction’.

The personnel of the head and regional offices of UVK partook in the survey. The survey was held by means of calculation and comparison of these two satisfaction indices with average market (industry) benchmarks:

GSI – a coefficient of general satisfaction (counts a staff member’s opinion with regards to the company’s reputation)

ASI – a coefficient of satisfaction with specified aspects of the corporate activities (under the factors’ model)

Based on the survey’s results, the satisfaction indices at UVK increased the average market benchmarks by 0.18 and 1.34% accordingly, which speaks in favor of the positive perception of the corporate HR policy by the employees.

We thank each and every participant in the survey and express greetings to UVK with the good results!
