OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2011. Vostokenergo (Eastenergo) and DTEK Power Trade LLC have signed contracts with national grids operator Ukrenergo to access cross-border connection to export electricity in 2012. Totally both companies will pay UAH 204 thousand for exporting 2130 MW.

 Contracts were signed as a result of auction to purchase right to access to cross-border transmission capacity taking place on 14 of December 2011.

 Vostokenergo (Eastenergo) purchased access rights to export 545 MW towards Slovakia, Romania and Hungary, 235 MW – towards Poland, 650 MW – towards Belorussia

 DTEK Power Trade purchased access rights to export 700 MW - towards Moldova in 2012.
