OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2011. The first four houses in multifunctional complex “Minsk-City” will be ready to be accepted by the State Committee at the end of 2011. The ITERA International Group of companies acts as the project investor.

The new buildings are located within Ulitsa Aerodromnya and 2-d Germanovsky Pereulok. These are two M111-90-series 19-storey residential buildings and two M111-90 and M464-9-U1 series 10-storey 4-section slab apartment houses.  In aggregate, the buildings have 615 apartments, including 1, 2, 3 and 4-room apartments of 37 to 93 square meters of floor space.

Currently, external and internal heat and water supply systems are at the stage of completion, and drainage network system is completed.  Exterior and interior finishing of the houses as well as sanitary engineering and electric installation work are at the final stage.

The preparation of the residential buildings for acceptance is in parallel with class "B" office premises reconstruction. The quarter’s territory step-by-step development is scheduled for 2012-2014, including construction of ten more residential houses, a shopping center, multi-level parking lots, kindergartens and other infrastructure facilities.

According to Vladimir Aleksandrьvich, the Head of ITERA Group development projects in Belarus, “the “Minsk-City” project is now in the active stage of development. We are trying to strictly observe the established work schedule.  After the first four “Minsk-City” houses are commissioned, we intend to increase their number up to eight by mid 2012, while continuing the scheduled construction of other facilities”.
