OREANDA-NEWS. December 27, 2011. The Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO informs that Moty Cristal, famous negotiator, author of many articles on techniques and strategies of negotiations, a person, who has actually took part in preparation and in the process of negotiations not only with large international companies, but also with terrorists in Israel, has officially joined the SKOLKOVO faculty team as Professor of Professional Practice in Negotiation Dynamics.

Moty knows everything about professional negotiations. From 1994 to 2001 he held several key positions in Israeli negotiation teams, including serving as Deputy Head of the Negotiation Management Centre at former Israeli Prime Minister Office. At that time he was responsible for all preparatory work, scenario planning and crisis management analysis, before famously leading the negotiation at the Church of The Nativity Crisis in Bethlehem in 2002.

From now on as a member of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO faculty he will be much more deeply involved in all SKOLKOVO programmes (MBA, EMBA, ExEd) work. He will not only read lectures on the art of negotiations but also actively participate in the programmes’ further development. Moreover he will make a great representative of  the school on the international education market.

Moty Cristal has been cooperating with the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO for 1,5 years already as a visiting professor.  Within this time he has become one of the school’s most high ranked visiting faculties among students and colleagues.  No doubt, that Moty will make a significant contribution to both the academic part of our educational programmes, and our learning-by-doing approach.
