OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2011. Today a solemn opening of Kazakhtelecom JSC iD Center took place. Show room will allow Kyzylorda residents and guests of the city familiarizing new Kazakhtelecom JSC technologies and services advantages.

iD Center – social –entertaining Center of modern infocommuynication technologies, where every visitor can use new telecommunication services free of charge, also detailed information and consultation of experts. Such services as interactive television (iD TV), modern types of fixed telephony in new generation networks (iD Phone), Wi-Fi, broadband internet access (Megaline) and others are presented in iD Center.

By words of Sadibek Baltabayuly, Director General for Kyzylorda OTD, the main purpose of iD Center is famiuliarization of people with new technologies and services provided by Kazakhtelecom JSC. "Work of our show room will provide max information on the services that will promote further formation of Kazakhstan internet segment" - noted he within the solemn opening ceremony.

For convenience iD Center is divided to 4 functional segments: "Home ", "Office ", "Internet –cafe", "Media –stand".

"Home" will familiarize visitors with services by "Triple play" concept - telephony, high speed internet access and digital television iD TV, which are provided by one telephone line.

"Office"  demonstrates new infocoummunication technologies and solutions for business, that allow increasing efficiency and company's competitiveness. Thus, iD Phone is p[resented here, the advantage of which is complete telephony integration with computer technologies, office applications and facilities of broadband internet.

In "Internet –cafe" you can familiarize and use wireless internet by Wi-Fi technology. Besides, in this segment of iD Center, WLL CDMA is presented with help of which help remote villages of the oblast are provided with telephones.

"Media –stand" demonstrates unique facilities of iD TV interactive digital television services. As opposite to ordinary cable TV, iD TV allows content controlling: program selection, "video on demand”, "pause ", "forward ", "delay watch" etc.
