At the 10th China Corporate Governance Forum, jointly organized by Shanghai Stock Exchange, SASAC and OECD, Bank of China Limited (the “Bank”) was granted the “Information Disclosure Award 2011” in recognition of its continuously improving policy system, well-organized daily operation and innovative practices in information disclosure management. Mr. Guo Shuqing, the Chairman of CSRC, presented the award to the Bank’s representative, Mr. Zhang Bingxun, the Secretary to the Board of Directors. The Bank was the only listed commercial bank receiving the honor.

"Information Disclosure Award” is the highest honor granted by domestic securities regulators on the specific area, and aims to commend those listed companies that have sound information disclosure policy system, well-managed routine works, and dedicate to explore the innovative best practices.
