The company OOO Vklad – Sibir insists that NPF Socium owes approximately RUB 40 million for the services supposedly provided in 2008 by OOO Vklad – Sibir as an agency attracting customers to sign pension contracts.

Employees of NPF Socium discovered that OOO Vklad – Sibir had been providing documents which were evidence that people’s will to transfer to NPF Socium had been falsified. After the circumstances were disclosed the fund broke off its relations with this company. The major pension funds were informed about the company’s bad faith. All the necessary information was disclosed to the law enforcement agencies.

NPF Socium has not paid the aforementioned sum up to the present moment due to its counter action against the court decision to recover the money.
