OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2011. The volume of warehouse premises rent in Kyiv Oblast during January-September 2011 exceeded the 2010 and 2009 yearly indices by 11.9% and 20% accordingly

According to the DTZ’s assessment, during the first 3 quarters of 2011 the most often lease deals in the logistics and warehouse development in Kyiv Oblast were between 1,001 and 3,000 sq. m

The observed reviving demand in the top-class warehouse premises should foster completion of earlier started new-buildings in near future. Developers seem ready to restore the construction of earlier ‘frozen’ projects or commence new-buildings of warehouse real estate

Some extra 40,000 sq. m are forecast to be leased out by the end of 2011
