Baosteel explores the multi-channel overseas employees' training model. The Human Resources Department and the Talent Development Academy of the Group Company prepares specially and systematically plans the training work for the overseas employees according to the requirements of the overseas employees and divides the overseas staff training into three categories such as the network training, concentrated face-to-face training and remote broadcast training etc, and also carries out the relevant curriculum development and creates" the headquarter integrity training" planning and implementation channel of Baosteel facing the overseas employees. In the network training, a total of 30 courses are set up, with accumulative training 294 persons, accumulative learning time 827 hours and 5.55 hours per person. In the concentrated face-to-face training, The Overseas Marketing Staff Training and The Overseas Marketing Personnel Technical Service Ability Training are planned and implemented, with a total of 112 persons participating. And in the remote broadcast training, The Overseas Marketing Personnel Technical Service Ability Training etc are carried out to make the overseas employees strengthened and improved in the management, technology and the marketing service ability etc.

The talent interaction and exchange is a big key of Baosteel to strengthen the overseas personnel team construction. Baosteel selects some excellent green apple students to go to the overseas company to carry out the short-term overseas practice for 2 to 3 months, which makes the green apple students understand and familiar with the operating mode of the overseas company of Baosteel and the relevant overseas market situations, further expanding the international field of vision. At the same time, in the plan of the Group Company, Baosteel also intensifies the communication and cultivation of the big marketing system personnel, plans and starts "Big Marketing Talents Interactive Program". This year, Baosteel implemented the interactive program of 11 persons, forming a good and orderly interaction mechanism within the big marketing system and laying a foundation to build an occupational marketing management and actual combat team with the qualified language, open view, rich experience and high degree of internationalization.
